As part of our responsibility as Cub Scouts we try to give back to the community and to take care of the world around us and keep natural areas beautiful. We have done regular Park and Creek cleanups. We are planning another Park cleanup with the City of Plano. If you took part last year, you will know that the City provides a trailer that has everything we need to clean up one of the local Parks.
Here are the details. We will be cleaning up Oak Point Park on February 6th from 9AM to noon. Feel free to show up for whatever time frame you are available during that time. It is OK if you can’t make the whole time. Oak Point is familiar to the Pack as this is an area we have frequently used as the location of our Crossover Ceremonies.
